Today is National Cafeteria Staff Appreciation Day, AKA School Lunch Hero Day! We want to say THANK YOU to all the hardworking cafeteria staff serving PPS! Thanks for keeping our students fed and happy every day so they can learn in the classroom. You are vital to our overall success and we appreciate each of you!

Perry High School Baseball team punched their ticket to state with the sweep over Victory Christian in Super Regionals. BACK-TO-BACK STATE TOURNAMENT TRIPS! The Class 3A State Tournament is May 9-11. More info to come. Good luck, Maroons!

Meet our new boys wrestling head coach, Mike Ryan! A Meet & Greet is scheduled for parents, students and community members to stop by and welcome him to Perry! Come & go this Sunday, May 5 at the MAC between 2-4pm.

The Perry High School girls track team are REGIONAL CHAMPS! The class 3A state track meet will take place in Catoosa this Fri., May 3-Sat., May 4. A community state send-off for the track team is scheduled for this Thursday, May 2 at 5pm. Gather at the old Elk's Lodge - bring posters and noisemakers to cheer them on!

Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up, May 6-10! Interested in getting something special for your teacher? Many of them have their favorite things/interests listed in the staff directory on our website you can view.

Perry Elementary's annual Arts & Authors, Penny Arcade, and Science Fair Night will take place on May 7th! Families are encouraged to come & go between 5:30-7pm at the lower & upper elementary schools. Bring your pennies to hear about history figures from students in costume, view science projects, and explore classroom art & writing assignments.

PHS Maroons will host Victory Christian in Super Regionals on Thursday, May 2 at Ripley Field in Perry. They’ll play a doubleheader with first pitch set for 2pm, followed by the next game beginning at approx 4:30pm. The ‘if-necessary’ game is set for Friday at 4pm. Tickets are $10 cash at the gate or $7 + fees online via GoFan (or OSSAA playoff passes). No livestream of games are allowed in playoffs, but you can follow along on the GameChanger app. Click here for ticket link.

Perry High School Senior Class of 2024 Baccalaureate is Sunday, May 5 at 2 p.m. in the HS auditorium. Senior parents are asked to bring one dozen cookies for refreshments.
