Perry Lower Elementary - Lobby Entrance Area

Monday, June 29th from 10:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M. and 3:00-6:00 P.M. at the Lower Elementary in our Lobby (entrance) area.

We will have Head Start personnel and a local doctor at enrollment to help out as well!

To enroll in PreK, your child must be 4 years old by September 1, 2020.

Copies of the following documents will need to be provided during enrollment:
-State Certified Birth Certificate
-Immunization Records
-Proof of Residency (lease, mortgage, or utility bill)
