ELEMENTARY SPRING BOOK FAIR

The Perry Elementary will host their annual Scholastic Spring Book Fair at the Lower Elementary Library from Monday, April 4 to Friday, April 8 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

In addition to Book Fair shopping each day, students and their families are also invited to attend Family Night on the evening of Thursday, April 7 from 4 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. There will be special drawings throughout the evening and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Beginning at 5 p.m. will be family literacy and math games as well.

Scholastic offers some wonderful titles at a variety of reading levels, so you’re sure to find something for everyone! Reading for fun inside and outside of school is so very important for children of all ages. All purchases at the Book Fair benefit the Perry Elementary School Libraries and your support is greatly appreciated.

Cash, check and credit card are accepted for Book Fair purchases. Checks should be made payable to Perry Elementary School.

The Book Fair also has a digital payment option, the eWallet, which allows students to have a safe and secure method of paying, if you don’t want to send cash to school. Parents and guardians can set up an account and have funds immediately available for your child to shop at the Book Fair. Friends and family can also contribute to your child’s account. For more information or to set up an online account, visit the Perry Elementary School Spring Book Fair webpage at www.scholastic.com/bf/perryelem

If you’re all booked up during Book Fair week or just want to keep shopping, parents and community members have the option to visit the online Book Fair, accessible at the above website link. The online Book Fair allows your child to send wish lists, offers an expanded book selection (books for all ages, even adult titles), allows members of the community to purchase books to help support Perry Schools, and is available for an extended time - until April 14th.

Make plans to attend Book Fair week with your child, grandchild, or a friend, and don’t miss Family Night on Thursday! If you have any questions, please call Karee Grim at the Lower Elementary School Library at 336-4471.
