The 2021-2022 Teacher of the Year will be announced at a reception on Monday, April 18 at 3:45 p.m. in the Perry Lower Elementary School library. Each school site has nominated their top teacher, who is in the running for the district-wide Teacher of the Year title. This award is voted on by all certified teachers in the Perry school district. Congratulations to this year’s finalists.
2021-2022 Teacher of the Year Finalists:
Lower Elementary: Stacy Ruth, Special Education
Upper Elementary: Tracey Edwards, 6th Grade Math & Social Studies
Junior High: Ladd Rupp, 8th Grade Science
High School: Paul Duncan, Biology/Environmental Science
The reception will also include recognition of the outstanding work of our support staff. Each school site has selected an individual from their staff to receive the Support Staff of the Year award.
