BASEBALL SENIOR NIGHT

Senior baseball players will be recognized this Thursday evening at Ripley Field. The Maroons have three seniors on the team this year, including Corbin Lewellen, Angel Tiscareno, and Dezmond Williams.
 
The senior night ceremony will take place immediately following the 4:30 p.m. varsity game against Tonkawa on Thursday, April 20. All three seniors and their parents will be recognized on the field.
 
Corbin Lewellen is the son of Maria Norman, Zane Norman, and Jason Lewellen. He is a pitcher and an outfielder. Corbin plans to attend college for baseball or go to OSU for academics. 
 
Angel Tiscareno has signed with the Trojans baseball team at Seminole State College in Seminole, Oklahoma, a National Junior College Athletics Association Division I program. He plays shortstop and he pitches. He is the son of Cesar and Adriana Tiscareno and plans to major in business at Seminole.
 
Dezmond Williams is the son of Kevin and Lyndonna Williams. He is an outfielder for the Maroons. He has committed to play football for Southern Nazarene University next school year. He plans to major in mass communications with the goal of becoming a meteorologist.
 
In addition to senior night this week, the PHS baseball team is also hosting a fundraiser on Wednesday, April 19 at La Macarena Mexican restaurant. The athletes will be waiting tables from 5-9 p.m. and all tips received during that time will support the team.
