Students & families are invited to attend the back-to-school Family Resource Fair on Wednesday, Aug. 2!
The Noble Co. Health Department will be providing FREE PHYSICALS to students who are still in need of a physical before school starts. They must have the OSSAA physicals form signed by a parent before they can administer the physical. The form is available to download here: www.perry.k12.ok.us/apps/pages/athletics
We plan to have more than 20 tables at the fair, including:
• Enrollment help
• Apply for free & reduced school meal program
• SNAP application assistance
• School bus transportation requests
• Operation Blessings
• Noble County Health Department - offering FREE physicals!
•Free Haircut Vouchers for students donated by The Shoppe & Hair Naturally (limited quantity - first come, first served)
• Perry Ministerial Alliance
• DHS
• Perry Maroon Youth Football and Cheer sign-ups
• Perry Wrestling Academy (PWA) sign-ups
• First Presbyterian Backpack Blessings info
• Perry All-Sports Pass order forms available
• Eskimo Sno's - FREE snow cones for students while supplies last! Sponsored by Perry Chamber of Commerce
Take this opportunity to visit with school staff and local organizations to get students ready for school. The Resource Fair will be a one-stop shop offering many great services and resources!
