Students and families are invited to the annual Perry Elementary School Scholastic Spring Book Fair at the lower elementary library. The Book Fair will be held Monday, April 1 through Friday, April 5 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Extra fun and special drawings are scheduled for Family Night on Thursday, April 4 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday is Literacy Night with free games and activities for all families to enjoy.
The Book Fair is a reading event that brings the books kids want to read directly into the elementary school. It’s a wonderful selection of fun, engaging, and affordable books for every reading level. It unlocks the power of information and imagination and helps children discover who they are.
Don't forget to set up your eWallet and skip the last-minute dash for cash by setting up an online Scholastic account. This digital payment option allows students to have a safe and secure method of paying and keeps them from having to carry cash to school. Funds will be immediately available for your child to shop at the Book Fair and friends and family can also contribute to your child’s account. This webpage also gives families and community members the option to shop the Book Fair online and browse a wider selection of books, create wish lists, and is open an extended time (until April 14th). The online Book Fair is open to the public to shop.
All purchases from the Book Fair, in-person or online, benefit the Perry Elementary School Libraries.
