ELEM. TRACK MEET - CANCELLED!

UPDATE 5/7/2024:

Elementary Parents,

The abundance of rainfall the last few days has saturated the football field and we have some areas completely underwater. This raises much concern for the elementary track meet tomorrow. Allowing hundreds of students on the field for the track meet would cause a lot of damage to the field.

Administrators have made the difficult decision to cancel the track meet tomorrow, Wednesday, May 8. Elementary students will have a normal school day.

IMPORTANT: If your child signed up for a sack lunch from the cafeteria they will still receive a sack lunch tomorrow. If you did NOT sign up for sack lunch, please ensure you pack a lunch for your child(ren) to bring to school. The cafeteria did not plan on preparing a meal tomorrow for elementary students and will not be serving anything in addition to the requested sack lunches. Please ensure your child has something to eat for lunch tomorrow.

If you have any questions, please call your school site.
