HS FALL GOLF

Students Compete in Fall Golf Tournament

New this school year, the OSSAA has opened the opportunity for high school golfers to participate in fall golf tournaments, allowing golfers to take advantage of nicer weather and play on better grass conditions. Up to three fall tournaments are allowed and will count toward their full season rankings in the spring.

Perry High School golfers attended the Putnam City North Invitational Tournament last week at Lake Hefner North Golf Course. The Maroons finished with a team score of 331. Individual scores were:

  • Holden Moxley (Senior) - 76
  • Mason Duke (Sophomore) - 93
  • Kian Thompson (Freshman) - 82
  • Sawyer Vollmer (Freshman) - 80
  • Tucker Vollmer (Sophomore) - 114

They will compete in another fall outing, the Sperry Invitational Tournament on October 14 at Rock Creek Golf Course in Sapulpa.
