REMINDER:

ALL 6th-12th GRADE STUDENT ATHLETE/BAND MEMBERS

must upload a physical for the 24-25 season and provide other important information to their ArbiterSports account BEFORE practices begin.

ATHLETES/BAND ONLINE REGISTRATION OPEN

The Perry Public Schools Athletic Department uses an online platform to register athletes and band members. All JH/HS athletes and band members (incoming 6th-12th grade) are required to complete the online registration each school year BEFORE they can participate in practice or activities.

This registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year! Parents/guardians must login (or create an account) and be prepared to enter the student’s info, upload physical, add health insurance, and update medical history.

PPS will not host a sports physicals clinic this summer; students will need to get their annual physical on their own from a medical provider of their choice.

Please note that the online platform formerly called "FamilyID” has rebranded to the name “Arbiter Sports.” Everything works exactly the same, including your login credentials, the website just has a new name.
